Subscription and Payment
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: By subscribing, your plan will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You must cancel via the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Apple, Google Play).
Refunds: Generally, no refunds are provided unless required by law (e.g., for residents in the EU, UK, or Switzerland).
Services and Content
No Technical or Professional Advice: Sentry provides productivity, security, and monitoring tools but does not offer any technical, medical, or professional advice.
Personalized Tools: Some features may be customized based on your input, but these are not guaranteed to work for all users in every situation.
User Responsibilities
Profile Creation: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your profile.

Respectful Behavior: Please treat customer support and other service users with respect. Offensive behavior may result in account termination.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
